Wharf  Cottage

Wharf Cottage sleeps 8 and is available for Holiday Lets or Bed and Breakfast.

An ideal location to "get away from it all".  Wharf Cottage is set in peaceful, rolling countryside and in a designated conservation area.

The quiet country lanes are ideal for cycling and there are several good walks including a Milennium Trail.

For those who want something less strenuous you can sit on the wharfside enjoying something from the tea room and watching the boats and the ducks.

To take advantage of the views the cottage has "upside down" accommodation which has been newly refurbished.

Upstairs is an open plan living area with exposed beams, picture windows overlooking the canal and french doors to a balcony- also dining and kitchen area with small pantry.

On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms: 1 x double, 2 x adult bunks, 1 x family room with 2 x adult bunks and twin beds. There is a bathroom with bath(shower over) and washbasin and a separate W.C. The utility room is also on the ground floor.

There is full oil central heating with an additional log effect fire in the sitting area.  Kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.  Colour T.V.'s are in every room and there is a video, DVD and CD music centre.
